About the client

For an international third-party logistics service provider (3PL), we are looking for a Site Controller for the Lelystad location. You will work in an environment where operations and finance are closely connected, and where your clear insights directly contribute to performance, cost control and decision-making at site level.

What will you do?

As a Site Controller, you are the finance business partner of the Site Manager and the site leadership team. You drive results by providing insight into revenue/margin, productivity and cost drivers, translating these into concrete action plans together with the operations team. You lead the month-end and year-end close, manage the full P&L and ensure alignment with (local) accounting. In addition, you own the budgeting process and the weekly/monthly forecast, including corrective actions when targets are under pressure. You develop and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and data quality. You also manage sales invoicing for services delivered and align this with site management and customer contacts.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Economics or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling/finance, preferably in an operational environment (logistics/3PL is a plus)
• Strong business partnering skills: you challenge when needed and make complex figures understandable for operations
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills (Power BI/SAP is a clear plus)
• Professional level of English (you will work in an international setting)
